    BRoody hen is now mama hen. She’s has bonded with all 8 chicks. Moved them to floor of roost area today, with a couple of place so for them to hide out. THis has been so exciting and fun to do!

    Mama hen is ready... I hope! She is just SOOO grumpy - and sitting in front of her nest bucket, so I might have to "distract" her if she is awake - while I put chick over and behind her. Like a snake charmer!
