I know gamebirdsonly has bantam welsummers and quailladyoffortmyers has bantam marans. You could contact one or both of them to see if they have any available. I'm sure there are others on here that have them but these are the ones I know of.

Even the bantam marans and bantam welsummers do not lay eggs that dark. They are a work in progress
