NO! It CANT Be! ARGHHH! (PICS are HERE)

No way, Adam! You've been on this list for these eggs for months and I'm not going to take them away from you, period. You're getting the few I can get for you this week and a BR or two thrown in, too, probably. BTW, Velvet did it again. She laid her egg on the floor in the shavings, then got up...

I wish I could eke out any from my customer orders, Kate! I'm booked and can't spare any or I'll short them. Such a catch-22! Need more pullets, cant gather any eggs to hatch any, but when I manage to get any, I can't hatch any pullets, while my customers are hatching all my pullets! I...

I can't be 100% sure, but going on the egg he came from, the size and shape of it, he is most likely Lexie's baby, although an extremely odd one. Guess the genes got a tad confused and crosseyed when they were doing the barring, LOL. Still, I keep seeing him as a tiny chick with the SLW...

I was looking at my BR chicks, Kate. As you know, 9 are from your batch and 2 are from mine, one being Lexie's odd one and one being Mandy's. Of your 9, it appears that 4 are pullets. My two are both boys. So, of 11 BRs, I have 4 girls and 7 boys, unless one of the boys is a pullet in disguise...

Yeah, on the bright side, I'm happy to have the black pullet! The problem is that she will go into a pen by herself as a newbie with Suede's girls, poor thing. And I know it's some kind of reptile, but just not birds, smarty..watch it buddy, LOL.

I'd be thrilled to be wrong! Hey, Julie, what happened to your other blue Orp rooster, Charcoal, the dark one? Haven't heard you mention him in ages and ages.

have I heard that the sex of a chick is determined by the temperature at incubation? No, Sylvia, not with chickens. That's only with reptiles. Sure wish it was true! Then I'd just dial that to the proper temp and pop out those pullets!

Yes, I could have a farm full of beautiful Orpington roosters, like roving lawn tanks. If I still have that black Orp boy in April, Jeff, are you still interested? Do you want me to reserve him for you or do you want to see if you get one from the chicks in April? Well, with silkies, you just...

No, Priss, I think I'm going to quit hatching till I get some Orp eggs from Ewesheep. I seem to send all my "pullet" eggs to other people, certainly every splash pullet! Maybe she'll send me her girly eggs and keep the roos for herself, LOL. Sara, if halo decides she can't get this splash boy...

Why me??? In the immortal words of Bill Paxton, " This ain't happnin', man!" Out of six Orpington chicks, I was wrong about them in two ways. I at first thought I had three blacks, two blues and the splash. Today was so warm that I opened their screen door and in natural lighting, I see...
