Katy, I'll have to look at that. I dont remember. I'm thinking it's distinct rather than streaky, but could be remembering wrong. I bet they're girls, but so early to turn. How will I ever sex a Wyandotte again?!
These came from Ideal as sexed pullets. I have never ordered from a hatchery-the local feedstore gets sexed pullets all the time. I did have an Ideal sexing mistake once, so maybe I'm paranoid. Wyandottes never used to get this red this soon. Just seems odd.

I mentioned this in another thread, that my hatchery Wyandottes are getting red combs and wattles way too early for pullets. Their color patterns look like pullets, but they are very red in the face for 8 and 9 weeks old. The SLW is a week older than the GLW. So, I do have girls, right?
