Out of eight guinea eggs, 5 looked wonderful, 2 seemed to have developed their air sacs on the side, and 1 looks like it started by gave up a while ago. The eggs are smaller than my BOs I hatched previously, so I think the 2 fell over. I put them completely vertical now, so maybe it'll move...
It's been a week for my guineas. It's really hard to see what's going on....3 more weeks....At least I have my 9, 3 week old BOs keeping me busy... They seem to have an affinity for my arm hair.
Put the eggs in the bator last night. My due date is around June 7th. I think the temperature might be a little low. Need to raise it a couple of hundreths. These eggs sure are different from chickens.
I received my guinea eggs(8) yesterday. Putting them in the bator this afternoon when I get home from work. Getting excited!! I don't know if I can wait the extra week for guineas...3 weeks for chickens was plenty rough.
