Oh, sweet! Glad you got them sorted. I lost 2 much loved chicks to mites last year. We sprayed the pen before putting them in there, but the spray didn't do anything. Was VERY upset. Enjoy your mom and chicks!

Dust your hen. We had a terrible flea problem when we moved and then we imported lice. I grabbed my broodies and dusted them thoroughly. They didn't pass any on to the chicks. Good luck!
