    Anyone want to get into shape this summer?

    I've lost 2 more pounds!!! WOOT!!! That's 6 total in 2 months, 4 to go to my first goal of 10!!!! All I'm doing is walking my dogs and NOT snacking so much. Plus lunch is something like yogurt or fruit. I really didn't expect the scale to have nudged downward this morning!!

    I'm in! I just bought a cheapie pedometer at Wally World to replace my old one that just doesn't register anymore. I don't need accuracy, just a rough idea if I've managed to walk more than 3 miles/day. I have walked quite a bit while here in MA visiting family. Hopefully, I will keep it up...
