Sorry--definitely an EE. No one sells Ameraucanas at feed stores. Be happy. EEs are far nicer birds than purebred, puffed-up things that don't lay enough eggs.

Where did you get them? I don't believe he's one of the recognised colours of Ameraucana, but I'm hardly an expert. He could very possibly be someone's colour breeding project. And EEs can lay blue eggs. It's rare, but it does happen.

I think that Svarthonas are supposed to have a greener tint and roosters weigh about 4 pounds, so I think I'm going to say Ayam Cemani--which have a slightly redder/more purplish tint and weigh about a pound more. Svarthonas are rarer, which also makes me think Ayam Cemani. And Easter Eggers...
