It's cold here today, So I feel like baking some bread. I am going to get groceries tomorrow, but am low (like 1cup total) on flour. Does anyone know if I can use just add water pancake mix instead of white flour?

I have started canning sweet potatoes, pumpkin, russet potatoes and plan to do cranberries yet this month so with the kids coming home for homemade meal all I will have to do is heat and mash :clap
