I am sooo looking forward to buying a side of pork and beef rather than buying a piece or two at a time!
And the creamed corn and ears of corn that I froze last summer are just now being finished up, and they could barely fit in our regular freezer...
I've been buying grassfed pork and beef for a while. Can't do real milk, though (lactose issues).
Honestly, I really do believe that eliminating store-bought processed foods is the main issue. Gets you away from corn syrup and additives. I think the fat from whole milk is a lesser issue because...

I just can't go that long without food, although I rarely eat breakfast at home since I'm not hungry the first 2 hours that I'm up.
I have a bag of pretzel rods stashed in my desk at work, in a big zippy bag so they'll last.
I have granola bars in the door of my car, and usually carry snack cups...
