Im pretty sure I know the answer. Just want to confirm. Heres me boys.

The more brightly coloured with the good plumey tail is Roo Beast. Ive known he was a rooster since he was a chick. Crooked tail was going to be Velvet but now gets Val Kilmer. Ive been holding on to a vain hope that Val might be a hen. Theres absolutely no chance is there?

In these photos, they are getting arced up by the male pigeons fighting. Its the middle of winter, so I have a few months. They are about 4 months old.

Also, in my initial breed guess thread, the common idea was white rocks. Would this still be true? Roo Beast is getting some bright patterns on his wings (Val is not) and he will be breeding over an Australorp and a couple of Isa Browns.

Handsome birds!

They are both roosters. I think they are some kind of White Rock crossed with a red breed like a Rhode Island Red.

Yep. Those would be red sex links, Red Stars... Wonderful roos, mine is a doll ;)

I had to giggle at the ones' little tail; my BR hen got into with my roo and pulled his big plume out, now he looks like yours ;)

You can't see in this pic, but he's actually got a tail, it's just crooked. Leans to the right like its broken or something its always been like that.
So what will he get on an australorp? My poor Shiela goes broody at the drop of a hat. She was romancing a little drake today!

You'll get black birds and white birds with leakage of the opposite color and some will even have a hint of red here and there. Chance of solid black and solid white resulting. Will be excellent layers regardless.
