I have 15 chick and was wondering if anyone can tell me which ones are which. Australian Standards.
There Should be 1 Araucana, 2 Dorking, 2 Sussex X, 3 Silkie X, 2 Easter eggers, and 5 BYC's
Any guesses or help would be much appreciated. Ty

By australian standards do silkies have mulberry skin? Because if so I don't think I'm seeing any real silkies here. They're the only ones on your list that have feathered legs so technically any chicks you have with feathered legs should be your silkies but I see one feathered leg one with a straight comb (silkies have a mulberry comb here in the USA) and none with really dark legs like silkies should have. This is what silkies should look like, at least in the US:

700

Color can vary, of course.

Are araucanas crested in Australia? Because chick one is definitely crested, and the only one of the breeds that you listed that is crested here is silkie, and that chick doesn't have feathered legs or the right number of toes to be a silkie. Sorry, I'm not being much help :/

What does BYC stand for? Maybe that breed is crested?

Australian standard Araucanas are crested.
The silkie's are SIlkie cross booted bantam, and the silkie strain I'm using should have had black skin - but i think it didn't come through
a BYC is a chook where each parent is 2 or more breeds and and not of the same cross.
Such as a Welsummer cross dorking mated with a sussex cross orpinington.
I'm pretty sure that 9 and 15 are BYC's
6, 8 and 14 look the most like they might be my silkies to me-
Its the Dorking and Sussex I'm most interested in identifying. They are meant to be pures but i dont know what they should look like.

Ah, okay. I'd never heard a mix called a BYC! Well, your feather footed ones have to be your silkie crosses if no other feather footed breeds were involved - unless of course it's possible that your mixes had a feather footed parent. Chick 1 is crested so if your araucanas are crested then I would guess that's the araucana. As for the rest, someone else will have to help, as you can tell I am not at all familiar with the Australian standards so I won't be much help.

I think you've got a bunch of mixes there. none are standard Dorkings. they have chipmunk stripes and 5 toes. silkies have black skin. feathered feet and 5 toes, I doubt you have any true araucana, they are rumples and tufted. more likely easter eggers (aka mixed breeds that lay blue/green eggs). sussex x again is a mix of who-knows-what, and byc I'm guessing is back yard chicken, aka more mixes. so the only pure breeds you really mentioned are dorking and silkies, none of the silkies pictured are anywhere near pure looking. (no feathered feet, dark skin or 5 toes) pics 1 2 and 7 are silkie crosses, told from the crest/vaulted skulls. one of them had feathered feet but not the black skin/5 toes.

I don't see any that look like Dorkings.

btw, 5 toes are dominant, so if even 1 parent was pure, it the chick would have that as well. (as are black skin and crests)

ki4got - Australian Araucanas look nothing like the US variety. Ours have muffs and crests and are not rumpless.

I'm sorry @sjturner79 , none of your chicks look like dorkings. As ki4got said, dorkings have 5 toes and have chipmunk stripes as babies. And I doubt you got Silkie X's as well.

ADD: Sorry, chick #6 - are you able to get more pics of at all? I think I see 5 toes and some stripes on the down.
