Umm so I don't know why but my peacocks are breeding my turkey hens. What will come out of this and why are they doing this?
HELP!!! My peacocks are breeding my turkeys!

They are doing it because they want to and the turkeys are letting them -- it is not uncommon to see interspecies mating with birds housed together. Viability of resulting eggs will vary.
Mine do the same if they don't have peahens.

Have you seen @zazouse 's photos of her males breeding stuffed animals and stacking up multiple males on top of each other trying to breed? Those breeding hormones sure can get them going...
Would the results be called PeaTurCocks/ PeaTurkHens?

Based on photo #1, I'm pretty sure the turkey said "yes"
Quite right! Mine will do that for me and have been known to assume that position for several minutes at a time.
