The issue with Amish built sheds is that you've got to have one close enough to you that they can deliver it for a reasonable fee. If you're in my area, I can give you the names and numbers of at least two that do nice work.

What county are you in?

I am in Allegheny County, so a little far from Amish country. I don't necessarily need Amish-built; it's just a common recommendation in the chicken community. But I am surprised with how difficult it is to find a builder. I assume most people around here build their own or get a pre-fab since most don't have the space for large flocks. I wish I had the time to build my own.
 
I'm sure we can get you an Amish built shed. They contact delivery drivers. Typically being 20 miles they charge, I think, $1/ mile. So it can get pricey to have one hauled a long way. But possibly that's still a useful option?

Look into a sturdy, wooden shed. Most communities have builders reasonably close and they'll usually deliver. Some will even set up a base for you, as well. Once it's installed, it's pretty easy to customize the interior to your own needs and preferences. You can even just set up dog kennels and a metal trash can (for feed) until you have time to finish off the interior.
