I have seen this a couple times....most of the time it is either Bob or Runt that initiates this. They will stand real tall, stretch out the wings & bump chests.....are they already trying to establish a pecking order? They don't try to peck each other, just the chest bumps. Is this roo behavior or do they all do this? They are 2 weeks old now.

They're figuring out the pecking order! They'll probably settle down in a few weeks.

Often my pullets will do that a lot to establish or reassure pecking order, and my cockerels will show off their hackle feathers all the time. . . Sometimes my Marans, on nice sunny days, will just go crazy trying to show off their "tough manliness" to all the boys and sometimes even the girls. The boys will of course also do it right back in a play fight, and the girls just look at them like "what in the world, am I supposed to do that too?

It does look funny, doesn't it?
All four of my 4 week old pullets do this chest bumping thing. I'm glad you asked the question, because I wasn't sure either.

Mine are 4 weeks old as well and still do the chest bumping. They have an added hop to go along with it, though. We call them "popcorn chicken" when they start doing it because of all the jumping around they do to bump each other!

I love watching my new bantam roosters chest bumping with my full size standard hens

Usually only takes one chest bump and they run away and hide for awhile. It's mean, but I love watching my ladies put the boys in their place

My husband let the dog out this morning and called me to the porch to see what the nearly 3 week old RSL's were doing. He was worried they were hurting each other. Told him they were playing chicken games and setting up the chain of command!
