if i buy a wafer thermostat for my cabinet incubator would i still need to buy a heating element with wire leads
or is that what the wafers are for in the wafer thermostat

The third item you showed is included in either the single or double t-stat setups so you won't need that. You will need a fan. The one in the sportsman incubator is set up like this.

This also shows you how the heat element is used. I kind of like the double setup as used in the GQF 1202, but as Chook said a single will work too.

I need help. We bought a 1202 used sportsman incubator. All the wires all pulled out. The waffer and electronic thermostat is disconnected with loose wires hanging out. The only wiring diagram I can find is a drawing with no lables at to the colors of wires going where. Can someone send me close up photos of the wiring properly so we can get this up and running. [email protected]. Thanks!

Hello.
you can go to GQF.com and click in the wire diagram. I did that when I had problems with my auto timer...Good luck. The 1202other is a very good old bator.

Thanks. I went there and pulled it up but it was the same one I had seen before just a hand drawn diagram that doesn't have any labels as to which color wire goes where and the company told me that was all they had to help me with because it was older and suggested I buy a new one... Maybe we can get it figured out.
Thanks for your help

The one I saw showed the main wires. And every component. It should be very easy. If you only have to wire the waffers.
