I'll pipe in here, I don't think you would go wrong with any of them, they all "look" to be nice LF birds. I will say I don't have any of those lines in my birds so I don't know from personal experience. mine are my own line.
 
Another vote for Foley's. Each breeder has their good and their not so good, Paul's does better with other colors.
 
Check pictures of the birds. Look for wide open tails and a nice tail rise. No pinched clam tails. Look for good red color as blue is easy. Find out where they got their stock from. Almost every line can be traced back to Phyllis Eide's BLRS. Phyllis and I have been working on the line for the past 6 years and have made great progress. We do not post here daily so we might not be a BYC favorite but we know our BLR's.
