I don't know if it's normal for my Button Quail poop to look like that, but it does.

As long as you have an experienced boy and your hens are of laying age, you can almost be sure that the eggs will be fertile. The foam does not mean that your eggs are definatley fertile, it just means that your boy is going to try his very best to make sure they are.
At the begenning of breeding season m cages are plastered with it.

I'm really not sure if only the males have that foam, one of my coturnix quail hen produces foam when she poops. Anyone?
