No one knew her real name? She lived in Southwest Michigan, where I live. I could do some digging if I knew something.

All I know is that her first name was Anne. She lived in the Benton Harbor area; how close to the city, I don't know.

She used to do some kind of art with something really heavy... iron? stone? cast cement? She had some pictures on here on a thread, but I don't recall which one. It was impressive and I was wishing I could have gone to one of her shows/sales/fairs. I don't think she had a business with it, but sold at art fairs.

I don't usually get involved in this type of conversation but man I miss aart. I loved her posts to help me build my coop 2 years ago.

I looked up her post for her art. She had a link to a Facebook page called Everlasting Leaves. She ran an Etsy in the early 2010s, listing she was from Lawrence. Found a name, looked up white pages, found an address, google maps saw her coop....

I keep hoping I'm wrong, but the date on the obit matches the last day she posted.

Thank you! It's bad news, but still news. And 'Anne Arthur' comes out well as 'aart'.
I do miss her here, and I think she wasn't coming to our Chickenstock because of health issues? Anyone remember that?

That all sounds like her - the avid reader, mechanical engineer, etc.

I've been missing her too... whether or not this obit is her.
