You had said your DH got you a supersized one. I cant find anything local only online that wont be here in time for Thanksgiving. I found and bought an 18 x 14 roaster lastnight but it says it can handle up to a 30lb turkey My turkey is 37lb.
Or anyone else if you have a tip on where to buy a good over sized roaster.

Right now i'm doing real good with a flock of 50 chickens. My question are what are the best meat turkeys? How long do you raise them? Should i hatch them like I do my chickens?
