OK--to attend this extravaganza you must repeat the title 3x fast, standing on you head, oh yeah, Nekkid!

Now that I have your attention...we need to start the planning for our spring gathering. We will be at Christus Memorial Camp in Clintonville, WI once again. As soon as I am sure I will post the date that we reserved the camp. I am thinking it is May 31 thru June 2nd.
Please chime in!

In the past we have:

done a white elephant exchange
food was potluck style
Jim made the pancakes for Sunday morning
There was a Gluten Free table :)
people camped over
brought birds to sell, trade or give
had a raffle to pay for the next year
had a plant exchange/share
participated in campfire singing ;)
everyone helped clean up!

I will wait for others to say what they are looking forward to and we will plan the weekend to try and accommodate the most possible.

I feel I may come again. Who knows though. May be I won't....

Although I'm shipping one son to hang with Babylady's Patrick, so I might have to drive up just to get rid of him, I mean allow him the pleasure of their company...
 
OHH sounds like fun

Real camping. I am not sure I am up for that challenge. They don't have enough booze available for me to do that anymore. I am to old!

Fishing? I do enjoy fishing. I am not familiar with that park.
 
It's not really a park. It's more of a somewhat private campsite that groups can rent out. There is a main building that has 2 bunkhouses with quite a few sets of bunkbeds that anyone can use. You just better bring earplugs cuz Jim's snoring will wake the dead.

Great job starting the thread Terri. Yep, you have the dates right...so plan ahead folks for another great adventure to start off summer right. Plenty of places inside for folks that just want to sleep over without camping...ain't that right frenchie?

It's a totally fun weekend that won't break the bank for ya....and talking chickens doesn't get a fowl look from anyone...LOL!
 
That's Great, tom ski that was a grand time by the fire. Haven't heard from dr purl since last June. Her hubby sang a song or two. If it's raining we will move inside by the fireplace, and I agree about bigfam and her whole tribe of nice kids and hubby. They said the venzun jerky was goody I made (smart kids)
