Shrink wrapped chick-any advice?

This chick was my last to hatch. She was zipping clockwise instead of counter-clockwise. She was slowly zipping and i had to leave the house for the afternoon. When I came back, she had made no progress zipping but was cheeping a little bit. It had been five hours since she began zipping and I was told (thankfully) by another member that zip shouldn't take near that long. So I found the thread here that helps us to know about how to help them zip. I zipped around the egg for her but could tell something was wrong. She seemed stuck to the shell and was laying sideways in it. I went all or nothing and took off most of the shell to see if she could push off the membrane. When I saw she couldn't, I carefully peeled it off because I saw no active blood vessels.

She was definitely shrink wrapped to an extent. So I used very warm water (tried to match bator temp) and q-tips to moisten the sac and then get it off of her because she couldn't move her wings or feet much at all.

It's day 23. She was the last one to hatch. She's cleaned off and in the incubator. I'm trying to keep temperature and humidity good for her. So far she is cheeping like crazy and very exhausted from the whole ordeal.

If she actually makes it, I'll post a photo of her all fluffed up.

No matter how this turns out, THANK YOU for telling me that a zip shouldn't take that long. (I have overloaded my mind with information over the past few weeks and that one fell through the cracks...I'm obsessed lol). The chick would definitely not have made it anyway if I hadn't helped so I went ahead and tried. No regrets.
