Post Your Baby Pictures - Was P-Dawg Baby Pics

I was looking for something when I found these. These pictures were taken 10-13-11, but I don't remember how old he was. Anyone care to guess? I know he's at least five days old because he hatched splay legged and curly toed and was not walking for at least that long.

Kathy, there is NOTHING normal about your house over there.

I sometimes look through my photos at Peep's baby pictures. He was my first peachick and I had a lot of fun with him when he was little. I love that photo of your peahen in front of the fireplace!

These are baby pictures of four peafowl...Peep is standing at the top of the baby pen looking down at the smaller white peachicks. The white chicks in the photo are my white peacock White Boy, and his two sisters one I still haven't named and the other one named Goldilocks is having a great life at Destinduck's place now. Originally a friend was going to get a white peachick for us but he ended up buying us three. Peep did not like them at all and was a bully until he got used to them and I think they helped teach him how to be a peacock so that now he gets along well with peafowl and people.


These are Ice's first chicks...From left to right: Xena, Fiona (I thought she was a pied when she was little but she turned out to just be dark pied), and Snow White. Now these chicks are all two year old pretty peahens.


I took Peep outside a lot. He helped show me what kind of weeds in the yard peafowl like to eat.

I tried to put this flower on top of Peep's head but he carried it off...

The birds that grow up together definitely have a strong bond and get along well with each other.
