Butchering...?

i just finished butchering 40 texas a&m.......i just skinn them, a lot much easier than put them in hot water then plucking them, too much of a hassle.....

I also one that's just skinned them, once we have a grill I might try plucking a few but I'm having a hard time deciding if it would be worth the time.
