I think so...looks like mine
Looks like an Australorp rooster. But you may want to post this in the correct forum to be sure--there's a whole forum devoted to "What breed and/or gender is this?" under the "breeds" heading.

Australorps don't have golden feathers..... their plumage is all black. That is a mix.

he's not a jersey giant, we only have medium sized chickens.
