I got these chicks last week at a feed store and they said they were all pullets, but one has white feathers on the bottom and I know pullets are darker in color. I NEED HELP!

It's still too early to tell. Wait a week or two until the wing feathers come in better. If you do have a male, the difference in feather coloring with be obvious, since barred rock males are double barred and the females are single barred. The males will have much more white in their barring. All black breeds tend to feather out with white wing feathers like that, so the white feathers aren't a sign you have a male. This picture is a pretty good comparison of what you'll be looking for. The one on the left is male, on the right is a female.

Head spot looks pretty nice and tight to me, that indicates a female. It's really to early to be positive, at 6 weeks post again and we'll have a better idea.
