Hi everyone
I`m buying the first round.
I have been reading here for a while just getting around to signing up.
we have recently got the chicken bug, started with 3 black silkies, 1 roo 2 girls.
I am sure we will have a bunch of questions as we go along. I have had chickens in the past but it was a long time ago.

Okay, I would like a small diet,caffeine free pepsi please!!

Did you know there are several very good silkie threads on here? My favorite is "Silkie thread," it should pop up with that and others if you put it in the search box. There is also a great thread for grooming and bathing for show. Even if you don't show, you know there will be times the silkies will need to be "freshened up,".
