I can't really tell from picture, but it could be fowl pox, although pox is usually seen on featherless parts of body, look it up just in case. Fowl pox can be either wet or dry,it is also possible for a bird to one or both at the same time. Dry pox takes about 2-3 weeks for lesions to heal,it will run its course, but be prepared for more birds to come down with it(if it is pox). Wet pox is in the mouth and can restrict upper airways, lesions may have to be removed if bird is having difficulties breathing.

They are 1 and a half inch long.
HOw is the bird acting? Is she lethargic or underweight? Eating normally? What does the poop look like? I could be fauvus, its a fungus. It looks like white spots on their skin, the spots can grow larger and spread. I had a Silkie roo that got it once.
Mareks disease can cause tumors to form on different parts of the body and inside. Has she ever had any strange symptoms in the past such as problems walking? I don't know if your chicken has it, but here is some information about MD: http://extension.unh.edu/resources/files/Resource000791_Rep813.pdf
