Need help to cure canker on chicken asap please some help please i loss many rooster like that or wat is that call

You'll need to purchase Metronidazole 250mg tablets to treat canker. Dosage is one 250mg tablet given orally once a day for 5 days. Metronidazole can be purchased online as "Fishzole."
Birds infected with canker will be carriers. Purchase acidified copper sulfate to control it. Dosage is 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of water once a month for 3 days in a row in waterers. Do not use metal waterers and do not overdose with copper sulfate. Murray McMurray hatchery sells it if your feed store doesnt.

I gave the fish zole pills havent seen result an today i gave copper sulfare so its only once an month not for 5 days
