Mille Fleur D'Uccle? Roo or Pullets?

I got these guys from My Pet Chicken Feather legged Bantam assortment,
I am fairly certain I got 2 Mille Fleur's they were hatched April 28th so they are almost 9 weeks. 1 is larger than the other so I was thinking I had at least one roo, now I am not so sure I dont have 2 roos

Can anyone confirm the breed and gender?

Photo 2 is both chicks - the one in front is the smaller that I thought might be a pullet

Oh good - I was hoping they were Mille fleurs, and pullets. 1 roo might have been okay but 2 would have been a problem.

What are the roos personalities like for this breed? These 2 are the most friendly of all the chicks I got. they will let me pick them up and sit quietly in my hand I reall love these guys
 
D'Uccles grow fast. At nine weeks, most d'Uccle cockerels would have very large combs already, those are pullets.
