I apolgise if you have seen these on another thread but have just recently been given the advise to start my own thread, as I am new I am still learning about BYC. These are my 9 4 - 4,5 week old chicks, got given the eggs to hatch under a broody, so I don't have any info on them, just know they are sooo cute. the 5 liitle ones hatched first and I think they are serama crosses may have 1 roo and 4 hens. My 4 bigger chicks are a mystery to me as to the breed and sex although someone thought they were all roos and 2 others think they are all hens

WOW, you have some chicks with gorgeous colors - I've never seen the combinations before. Maybe they are all mixed breed but, really, really striking. I'm not good about guessing sex or breeds but more people will be responding in a few hours when they wake up. I am the night bird and have to get up in 5 hrs. but, I'll check back later to see what others say. Very interesting birds.

Do you get to keep them all?

That is what I thought I had done, please excuse my ignorance, don't know how to post them on What Breed or Gender is this on my own thread, I am confused

I think I may have just found how to do it, do I use the forum nav drop down list to select? can I just take this thread onto it or do I have to start again? Sorry to keep asking questions

Hi and thank you for welcoming me, I have now managed to start my own thread on breed and gender, so will see what happens, everyone is so nice on here
