Note sure what to think about chickens legs swollen and bowed inward?

Welcome to BYC. Are the legs firm to the touch? It resembles osteopetrosis which is also called marble bone disease. It can be related to avian leucosis. Here is a similar thread from 2 days ago with more links about the disease: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/917449/leghorn-swollen-legs

May want to look at gout as well. I'm not at all familiar with it but it causes the legs to swell like this.
Gout usually includes swollen feet as in the photo below:

I see not signs of gout. The Leg- Horn thread is the same as what ours looks like. Our Hampshire seems clumsy with his feet as he steps on himself. The legs are hard to the touch.
