Polish was acting lethargic, standing in one place with droopy wings. Took her in the house. history-prolapse and soft egg hatch. We thought she might be egg bound so gave warm bath for a couple days, felt all around inside, she felt fine, no temp, eating and drinking fine. Still eating and drinking but poops are liquid white/clear its been 5 days.She did have one dropping that had some green color to it. I have been giving her regular laying crumbles and a scrambled egg so she should have more material going through her. She is not straining. Any thoughts, I'm going out of town and hoping she is able to go back with flock outside. here is a pic of droppings. I put her on a towel and she stays right there, she could wonder all over but doesn't move.

I would take in a droppings sample to be tested for bacteria, worms, and coccidiosis by your local vet. If you can't do that, then I would treat her for coccidiosis with Corid or amprollium, and then worm her with Valbazen 1/2 ml orally, then repeat in 10 days. Drooping wings can be a sign that she may be seriously ill or have neurological symptoms.
 
It's been seven more days and polish is weak not eating our drinking as much, poo is still the same. Wazine did not seem to do anything. Just put corid in her water in case it's coccidosis but she's not drinking, should I force her?
 
So I'm not seeing improvement with the Corid for coccidosis and think that she may have worms. Her crop is full in the morning and she is still not going poo the way she should for the amount of food she is eating. She does not have a hard crop, seems normal and is not sour. I think worms in her digestive tract. I was told to use the following wormers (Wazine did nothing) but cannot locate them anywhere, we are in a suburb and no one will see a chicken for less than a million dollars. Does anyone know where I can locate these ingredients in a wormer?

levamisole + praziquantel
OR
oxfendazole + praziquantel
OR
moxidectin + praziquantel.
 
If you're in the US, go to Tractor Supply and get some Safeguard liquid for goats or Safeguard paste for horses and give 0.23ml per pound of body weight orally for five consecutive days, that will treat most worms. If you have one of those fancy free shipping accounts with Amazon, see if they can overnight some Valbazen. Valbazen dose is 0.08ml per pound of body weight orally and repeat in ten days.

I finally found a place I can get zimecterin gold, what is the correct does for this light weight Polish hen? I read somewhere that you can put it under their wing for it to be absorbed, since she is not drinking real well and has such a hard time seeing her food I thought this sounded like an easy option, have you heard of this?

Plus this is her third day on Corid, should I stop this for a day (five day treatment) or go ahead and give it together, she did have Wazine about 10 days ago also. I dont want to over do it. She didnt eat much yesterday but this morning I fed her 5 live meal worms.

No. It must be given orally. Whoever is putting out misinformation about putting z-gold under a wing to be absorbed doesnt know what they're talking about. I dont recommend giving birds z-gold unless they have tapeworms.
Finish up the corid treatment, then give a probiotic. Then you can worm with one of the wormers that Kathy mentioned.

Do you have the liquid Corid or the powder? If you have the liquid, you can give her 0.1ml per pound orally two days in a row. How much does she weigh?
