Sounds like fun! It took me probably 7 or 8 hatches to get it right - Had to tamper with the humidity, then built that foam container, then added a hose to add water without opening it... after lots of things like that I've gotten it just about as good as it can get. I usually fill up the bator with 42 eggs and hatch 30 or more usually - last hatch was worse and we hatched 27 - so usually around 70% hatch for us :)
