Duckling hatched with yolk sac still attached!

My duckling was born and you yolk sac still attached! She is chirping and trying to scoot along! Is there anything I can do to help? Lastnight it was like a bubble and today it looks deflated, is that a good sign? Any help would be great

It has gotten a more deflated look so my fingers are crossed that she might be healing!
