abnormal poop

I noticed bright green poop this morning in my chicken run. This is the only one green dropping in the area. I have 4 chickens and a goose currently in this section and everyone is acting normal. What could it be??

I see some poops with red in them. I read this is normal and could be intestinal tissue. Most poops are normal looking. But I find 1 - 3 of these every day. My pullets are around 12 weeks old. Are not free range. See photo attached. Sorry for the gross factor. I just want to make sure I'm not...
