black minorca

This one's been a bit fiesty lately and someone mentioned looked like a cockerel. Was wondering everyones opinion here. 10 weeks old.

I stopped into a feed store today and saw these two sad looking birds sold as 1/3 of the chick price. They’re in rough shape and very flighty. I was told that they’re 7 weeks old and pullets. Any ideas?
