Hello everyone, I am Bell
I love to use this site and reference and learning guide. I’ve joined today to ask one of my own questions.
How to improve fertility in Heavy Breed? (Specifically Orpington 50% and Brahma -%)
I’ve had great fertility rates with my lighter breed of my three flocks...
Hello,
I have a 19 week old Buff Orpington rooster that I need to rehome. He is tame and friendly. He has been vaccinated against Marek's and Coccidiosis by McMurray Hatchery. I am located in Modesto, California. I am willing to deliver to the right home. Asking $20 rehome fee. Please PM if...
My neighbor has several buff orpington roosters. He is offering me a 7 month old rooster. I have 11 hens (ages 1 year to 8 months) All of them are laying.

How do you introduce a rooster?
Quarantine for 30 days?
Have them separate...
Welp, here’s what I know. I was sold these two “girls” from a local farm. I don’t know how old they are but both of them have smallish combs, starting to turn a little red in the face, legs are both approximately the same size. I’m a little hung up on one in particular as I see a little...

Hi!
We have six 8.5 week old buff Orpington pullets (our first chickens!) One stands out as having much larger and redder wattles than the others. Posting some pics and would love some opinions. Normal for an 8.5 week pullet or maybe a rooster? Thanks!
Hand raised and very sweet 4 month old Buff Orpington Rooster free to a good home. I can't keep him because I live in city limits. He's a snuggler and was my favorite in the flock.
I live in Anacortes, WA. If interested, please contact me.
