What predator leaves just the chicken feet?
I have had two losses in last couple days. The first was when hens were free ranging. A silkie bantam went missing and a pile of feathers left. Today a juvenile silkie rooster was killed inside my (7ft wood) fenced off garden area. There was a big pile of feathers, and then a few smaller areas...- lncrane08

What might be the problem..??
Its 3rd time today.. I found a broken thin rubbery shell and all egg material just under the perch..i know which chicken had did that...what might be the problem..?? She have eggshell and oystershell whenever she needs..and why does the egg slip off when he is on perch..? I guess the calcium...- Swastik Choudhari
