    Double Yolker with Extra Shell

Dorothy, an 11 month old white and black chicken that lays light azure blue eggs (both pictured), has laid plenty of double yolkers... But at least two have had a noticeable delineation in the shell where it's like her body added on a caboose to the egg to make even more room than usual! (See...

Tiny egg with a double yolk!

Wanted to share this. When collecting eggs today, my mother and I found a teeny tiny little egg. A 'fart' egg. However, upon cracking it open, we were surprised to find that not only did it have a yolk, but it was a double yolk to boot! I just had to take a picture.

Does this look like a double-yolker?

This baby made it to 23 days but now I'm wondering if it didn't survive because it was a double Yolker?
