Growing bananas in containers indoors, overwintering, truly tiny banana plant, and other questions

Has anyone had experience with either of the mensioned methods? How does banana apple, ice cream, or grand nain banana plants do? What are your favorite varieties...

Are Musa Banjoo Bananas edible (poisonous?) and where to buy banana trees (Musa Basjoo, Grand Naine, Blue Java ((Ice cream banan tree))?

What size container could a citrus tree and/or olive tree stay in forever?

In the future I plan to get some patio trees that I saw at TSC (Olive, Kumquat, and Citrus). When I look this up everything I find just says to start in a 5 gal and increase container size every few years. Is their a container I could keep them in forever? Thanks,

    Patio/container trees in Ohio?

Yesterday while at TSC I saw container patio trees for sale in the varieties of olive, citrus, and kumquat. The label said that you could bring them in during the winter due to their very small size ~6 ft - 10ft. Has anyone had success with patio trees? Thank you.
