    Day 14 Marans

Five of the BCMs in my incubator look fairly translucent at day 14. Kind of a cloudy, darker part in the center, but I can’t see any veins or how most of the others are pretty dark in the bottom 2/3 of the egg. They do not stink, but I’m thinking these five are yolkers and should go. Thoughts...

Are there two chicks in this egg?! Natural incubation/hatching day 14-ish

I posted the footage here because I was just so excited to get her movement on camera, but am I going nuts or are there two chicks in here? Or is that just her absorbing the yolk? She should be a little over two weeks along.

I have a Maran cross Wyandotte egg in the incubator that I am concerned about. It is still alive, but can someone tell me that the egg looks fine for day 14. See attached pictures.

Quaility Control- To float or chance a bomb on day 14?

    Question about Incubating day 14

I have 7 eggs under my hen. Today is day 14. I candled the eggs tonight and saw 5 eggs with obvious chicks inside, but am wondering about the other two. One was much lighter than the others, no obvious veins, but possible air cell and what looks like the dark eye of the chick, but no movement...
