Can chickens eat the peel of a mandarin orange? its only one. i eat a couple a week, about 3. would it be ok to give my chickens the peeling? thanks!!

Hey so my Mang has some black spots on his beak. I don't think it's fowl pox , does it have something to do with his beak growing? Because it's also peeling I think.

Over the last few months I've noticed that multiple hens in my flock have peeling feet. They are all at least a year old. Is this normal, or should I be worried?
