    Mass of meat from the chicken

    has anyone here recorded the mass of a chicken pre-slaughter and then its mass after processing it(removing its guts and feathers etc). If anyone here has I would really like to know those records. I'm curious to see how much of the bird is actually the processed meat we get in the end.

    Humidity

    Hi. I'm incubating chicken eggs for the first time at the moment but I don't understand anything about humidity. I have been putting 100ml of water in the incubator every two days but how can I find out the percentage humidity if my incubate doesn't do it? Thanks Oliver
