quit growing

Hi All, I have a baby Cream legbar hen that quit growing at about 3 weeks. It is feathering out, acting healthy, running with the others but VERY small, the size they were at 3-4 weeks and they are now 6 weeks old. Has anyone had this happen where an apparently healthy chick quits growing...
