I am doing lots of incubation this year, and the incubator I am using is the Chinese 48 egg incubator. (Unfortunately I did not do enough research on this bator, but it hasnt been terrible.)
So far, I had one round of eggs incubated and hatch. It was about 23 Eggs and I had 14 hatch...
I just had a baby chick hatch it was super sticky so sticky that the back of the eggshell was stick to it so I helped it get it off its back that’s how I knew it was super sticky what can I do to get this chick cleaned up so it can dry and fluff up
Majority of my eggs are hatched fine (several dozen), but twice now I’ve had sticky chicks after the first few are fine. It seems to be happening once there’s a lot of babies in the incubator. So is the humidity or temp getting too high with the extra bodies or a ventilation issue??
