Missing feathers?
We took in another rescue duck with some skin/ wing issues. We’ve handled our share of dumped duck issues but never this. Anyone seen similar things? We initially thought severe wet feather but now we’re not sure -

My white call duck Sugar seems to be getting wet unlike the rest of my flock that use their preen glands to help them not get wet. Wet head in winter
:frowHi there! Both of my Salmon Faverolles have bill abnormalities and the feathers under them are always wet from drinking... like a baby with a wet bib from drooling. Wet feather and blood feather
Hi hi Is this wet feather? The ducks take a while to dry after but i have a space heater blowing warm air. I read if this happens to wash them with Dawn so they can restart the preening process. Thoughts? Also i assume this is a blood feather. Are they normal and okay as long as it doesnt... -

Please help. Duck will not dry or walk. I'm worried
I let all my baby ducks out for a swim. All of them dried fast, however one of the baby ducks did not it took a long time for him to dry and he wouldn't stand. He was doing well when he got out of the water up until a few mintues later. He has dried almost completely now and is trying to stand... -
