Bluefeather wok up, after a long dream she thought she had killed someone. at least, she hoped it was a dream. she tried to forget it.

bluefeather walked past circe, and ate a few berries and a couple crabs from the pile, then swam over to marino at the fish shallows

marino saw his sister, and how bad she looked. "bad dream? "

"yeah, i killed some poor duck on accident in it."

marino knowing that that really happened kept his mouth shut, making a mental note to never speak of it til the time comes that the male duck gets revenge, or at least tries to.

novia overhearing the conversation while swimming by made that same mental note. now all the peopl who knew would never speak of it to her.

"just try to forget it." marino said
