Wolf, Lach, Dyn, Indigo, Toby, Fritz, and River all somehow fit into Indigo's car and they traveled to the Multitude base at Indigo's urging. She alleges that they have healers who specialize in fixing Pure victims.
Wolfram got into an argument (wow much surprise) with an antagonistic nurse, met an old friend of his mother's, got slightly fixed up, and stormed out. Lachlan followed him. They're out by the river that drowned Wolf's childhood best friend now.
Indigo is somewhere out in the bushes arguing with Frosty the segway-rider over hasty security breaches.
Toby, Dyn, and River are in the waiting room talking to none other but Leona, who's now the head of the Multitude. They've been told about the mass-fatal effects of the hidden substance that the Key unlocks.
Fritz is the only one who actually consented to being healed and a yellow healer called Della is tending to him.
Meanwhile, over at the keymaker's, Tom has handed over the Key to Alice, Brisa, Cardinal and Jessi. They're not really sure what it's for yet and what Silver had locked away with it.
