Today is day 18 of my incubation.
I ordered 6 eggs from a seller on amazon.
Recieved 8. The US post office did a poor job of handlibg the box. On corner was completly smashed. One egg was cracked. With the Covid-19 we all have been ordering things more often online. This was the only package that ever had labels all around the box that read 'fragil' yet it was the only one to be crushed out of all the things i have ordered.
So back on topic. Day 18 and i stuck my flashlight under my seven remaining eggs.
I think i see veins and growth in all but one. The one shown no signs of veins. The light shown straight through.
I took it outside and cracked open the top.
Let out all the yoke, clearly no development.
I found a spot on the inside. Looked like a burn mark but no mark on the outside of the shell. It look a nice brown color like the rest of the egg.
I took some pictures.
If anybody knows what it is and why it would help my curiosity and understanding.
Thanks
and now here is the out side of the shell on the same spot.
Thanks for looking
